Quick Start Guide ​

Welcome to the RelayX Help Center! This guide will get you familiar with the platform workflow in just 3 minutes, so you can start working more efficiently.

🚀 Core Workflow ​

Subscribing to and enjoying premium global tools with RelayX takes just four simple steps:

1. Register and Log In ​

Click the Log In / Sign Up button in the top-right corner of the RelayX homepage. One-click email activation is supported. Once logged in, you can view your active subscriptions in your account dashboard.

2. Browse and Subscribe to Tools ​

On the Tools Directory page, select the shared or dedicated tools you need. We offer:

  • SEO & Marketing Tools (such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb, etc.)
  • Spy & Ad Intelligence Tools (such as AdSpy, BigSpy, etc.)
  • Content Writing & AI Tools (such as QuillBot, Wordtune, etc.)

3. Obtain Access Authorization ​

After successful subscription, the system will automatically generate your tool access method:

  • One-Click Node Access: No username or password required—simply click to jump directly to the corresponding secure node from your dashboard.
  • Dedicated Browser Extension: Some premium tools (such as Ahrefs) require the official RelayX extension for session sandboxing. Please download and install the Chrome/Edge browser plugin as prompted.

4. Start Using ​

Once authorization is complete, you'll enjoy fully logged-in Premium access—dive right into your project analysis and content creation!

⚠️ Account Usage Policy ​

To ensure stable service for all users on shared plans and sustainable platform operations, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

WARNING

Strictly Prohibited Actions:

  1. Modifying account credentials or security settings: Do not attempt to change login email, linked phone number, two-factor authentication (2FA), or other security configurations.
  2. Account redistribution or resale: Sharing login credentials with third parties through any technical means or community channels is prohibited.
  3. Malicious bulk scraping: Using crawler scripts, high-concurrency APIs, or automation tools for mass data export is forbidden.

Accounts violating these policies will be permanently suspended without refund.

💡 Pro Tips ​

  • Isolated Sessions: When accessing through RelayX, all your browsing history, project files, and sensitive information remain stored locally in your personal browser—other users sharing the same account cannot view them.
  • Avoid Peak Hour Queues: Peak network traffic occurs during US/EU business hours (15:00 - 23:00 Beijing Time). If Semrush nodes are temporarily busy, try switching to a backup node or avoid this peak window.
  • Need to Install an Extension?: Similarweb users can refer to the Extension Installation Guide and follow Chrome's "Load unpacked" method to complete installation.
