⚡ How to Access Semrush
- Log in to the RelayX website and purchase your preferred Semrush subscription.
- Go to your user dashboard, locate Semrush, and you'll see multiple "Secure Nodes" (e.g.,
Node 1,Node 2,Node 3). - Select any available node and click "One-Click Password-Free Access" — the system will automatically configure an encrypted session and open Semrush Premium in a new tab.
- Start using Guru/Business features immediately — no manual username or password entry required.
⚠️ Core Rules & Important Notes
To prevent official Semrush account suspension, please strictly adhere to the following usage restrictions:
IMPORTANT
1. Daily Quota Calculation: The daily quota (e.g., 5,000 requests for Guru nodes) represents the aggregate limit for all users on that node. Since RelayX deploys multiple independent backup group accounts, if you see Requests Limit Reached on your current node, simply switch to another node on the RelayX page to continue.
2. Project Creation Limits:
- You may create and monitor your projects (e.g., Site Audit, Position Tracking).
- Note: To prevent account storage overflow, inactive projects on Guru nodes are retained for up to 7 days, and up to 30 days on Business nodes. For long-term preservation, export reports as CSV or PDF as needed.
3. Device Restrictions: Each subscription supports only 1 device online at a time. If multiple remote IPs are detected making high-frequency requests under the same subscription, the system will automatically lock that subscription for 1 hour.
🔧 Troubleshooting Common Issues
Q: The page shows "Too Many Users" or "Access Denied"?
A: This occurs when peak traffic triggers Semrush's rate limiting on that node. Return to the RelayX platform and select a backup node, or wait 2–3 minutes before retrying.
Q: Semrush is displaying in English — how do I change the language?
A: Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the Semrush page (or the language option), then select Simplified Chinese from the dropdown menu. (Note: Please do not modify the password, security email, or subscription plan.)
