Terms of Service

Welcome to RelayX. Please read these terms carefully before registering, logging in, browsing, or purchasing services. By completing registration, checking the consent box, placing an order, or continuing to use RelayX, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the applicable service descriptions in our Help Center.

1. Service Description

RelayX is a software tool subscription and service information platform that provides tool introductions, subscription plan displays, order management, activation guides, and after-sales support. Specific tools are provided by their respective software service providers; tool functionality, availability regions, usage restrictions, and service stability may be determined by the provider's rules. Except where explicitly promised on our pages, RelayX does not guarantee that third-party tools will remain continuously available, unchanged, or suitable for specific purposes.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide true, accurate, complete, and continuously valid registration information, and promptly update any changes.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not lend, transfer, lease, or otherwise allow others to use your account. Losses due to inadequate safekeeping are your responsibility; please contact support immediately if you detect any unusual activity.
• You must possess the legal capacity required to use this service. Minors should use the service only with guardian consent and guidance.
• A single user must not circumvent platform restrictions through bulk registration, false information, scripts, or other improper means.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payment

• Service content, duration, pricing, and restrictions displayed on product pages constitute important components of your order. Please confirm the tool, plan, duration, and account information before placing an order.
• Orders take effect upon successful payment and platform confirmation. Activation time, authorization method, and device limits are subject to the product page and activation guide.
• RelayX does not perform automatic billing by default; renewals must be initiated by you. When prices or service content are adjusted, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable laws and page rules.
• You must complete payment using your own or properly authorized payment methods, and must not exploit payment vulnerabilities, refund fraud, or other means for profit.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use RelayX or subscribed third-party tools for illegal activities, infringe upon others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights, interfere with platform operations, bypass access controls, resell or share permissions, scrape or bulk copy platform content. In case of rule violations, we may take measures including restricting login, suspending service, canceling orders, or terminating accounts, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5. Refunds, Support, and Service Changes

Purchase and refund conditions, time limits, calculation methods, and compensation schemes are governed by the Purchase Rules, Refund Policy, and specific product pages. If special instructions for a specific order are more favorable to you than general rules, those instructions apply; where mandatory legal provisions exist, they prevail. For activation failures, login issues, or tool maintenance, please first follow troubleshooting steps in the Help Center, and submit a ticket or contact customer service with your order number and relevant error information.

When service changes result from third-party provider upgrades, policy adjustments, network failures, or other causes not attributable to RelayX, we will provide notice, alternative solutions, or after-sales processing to the extent feasible.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights to the RelayX website, interface, trademarks, text, images, software, and Help Center content belong to RelayX or relevant rights holders. Except for personal, non-commercial, and necessary use, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, sale, or use for training, crawling, or similar purposes is prohibited without written permission. Trademarks and content of third-party tools belong to their respective rights holders.

7. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

You are responsible for determining whether third-party tools are suitable for your business and region. RelayX makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, continuity, compatibility, or fitness for particular purpose of third-party tools beyond what is permitted by law. For losses caused by force majeure, third-party actions, user equipment, or improper operations, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; in any event, our liability shall not exceed the actual service fees paid by you for the relevant order, except where mandatory legal provisions apply.

8. Terms Updates and Termination

We may update these terms based on service changes, legal requirements, or risk control needs, and will publish the latest version in the Help Center. Material changes will be notified through pages, in-site messages, or other reasonable means. Continued use of services after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may stop using the service and apply to close your account according to applicable rules; existing orders, payments, disputes, and liability for breach of contract are not extinguished by account closure.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules). If you have questions about these terms or services, please submit a ticket through the Help Center or your account dashboard. We will address your requests within a reasonable timeframe.

This is the general platform version of these terms; specific service pages, order confirmation pages, and supplementary rules published in accordance with law are all part of these terms.
